The Treasurer serves as the Board's financial leader, providing oversight of the Foundation's financial health, budgeting, reporting, and long-term fiscal sustainability. Working closely with the Executive Director, bookkeeper, Board Chair, and Executive Committee, the Treasurer helps ensure responsible stewardship of Foundation funds and serves as a voting member of the Executive Committee.

The Business Partner Lead serves as the Board’s strategic leader for the organization’s Business Partnership program, developing and stewarding relationships with local businesses to generate meaningful annual fundraising support and strengthen connections between YES and the broader community.

The Lead oversees the strategy, relationship development, fundraising, and stewardship of the Business Partnership program and leads a small committee responsible for ensuring that partner benefits are delivered consistently and that businesses feel valued and engaged throughout the year.

The School Site Lead serves as the face of the YES Foundation at their school, helping families understand the role YES plays in supporting districtwide art, music, and theater programs and inspiring greater community participation and engagement.

Site Leads act as the primary liaison between their school community and the YES Foundation, building relationships with school leadership, PTO/PTA representatives, teachers, and families while ensuring YES has a consistent and visible presence on campus.

There are five School Site Leads serving on the YES Board, representing Manor, Brookside, Hidden Valley, Wade Thomas, and White Hill. Site Leads work collaboratively throughout the year to share ideas, resources, successful engagement strategies, and best practices across schools.

The Strategic Events Lead serves as the Board’s leader for the organization’s fundraising events portfolio. This role provides strategic oversight for all major fundraising and community events, ensuring that events align with organizational goals, strengthen community engagement, and maximize fundraising impact.

The Strategic Events Lead supports and coordinates event chairpersons while maintaining a focus on long-term event strategy, sponsorship opportunities, donor engagement, and overall event sustainability. This role provides strategic leadership and oversight, not primary execution of individual events. Event logistics and operational planning are delegated to event chairpersons and their committees.
