Workplace Giving
Did you know that many companies offer workplace giving programs that encourage philanthropy at work? There are many kinds of corporate philanthropy programs your company might offer to support our organization and increase your impact.
Through matching gift programs, companies match donations made by employees. This is one of the most impactful ways you can support YES through workplace giving.
Requesting a matching gift is usually a quick process which must be initiated by the donor. Your employer will generally require you to submit a paper or electronic form to initiate the match.
YES can be located in most company’s matching gift platforms (ie Benevity, YourCause, Cybergrants) as YES, The Ross Valley Schools Foundation, Tax ID#94-2667704.
Some companies may require your initial donation to YES be made through Payroll Giving. For questions regarding your company's specific procedures, please contact your employer's HR or community giving department. Much of the necessary information is also available on your company intranet.
Company matches can take up to a few months to process through to YES. If you’d like to let us know you’ve initiated a match, you can forward the confirmation, including amount, to llangston@yestokids.org.
